One organisation, two worlds
A direct parallel pipeline between two rural worlds.
Rather than choosing one side of the world, we apply resources across borders - the same four-pillar model, in the rural United States and in Skardu, Gilgit-Baltistan, Pakistan.

High-altitude valleys in northern Pakistan - the region our first field program, a cataract camp in Skardu, is planned for fall 2026. Specific and recognisable, not a generic "overseas".

We report what happened and what it cost. We show working clinics, shared meals, and rebuilt homes - the work, not the suffering. No pity framing, no guilt, no manufactured urgency. Anywhere.
